IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms & Conditions
("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you")
and jlbe Casino ("jlbe," "we," "us," "the Platform") with respect to your use of the
jlbe Casino website located at jlbe.asia and all associated services. By registering an
account, making a deposit, or using any part of the jlbe platform, you unconditionally
accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using jlbe immediately and
close your account. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines and the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming
Corporation (PAGCOR).
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "jlbe" or "the Platform" refers to the jlbe Casino website at jlbe.asia and all associated mobile, API, and third-party integrated services operated under PAGCOR authorization.
- "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the jlbe platform and is using the platform's services.
- "Account" means the registered player account held by a User on jlbe, including the associated wallet, transaction history, and preferences.
- "Real Money Play" means any wagering activity conducted using funds held in a player's jlbe wallet, whether deposited via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other approved payment method.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or reload credits awarded to a Player by jlbe under a promotional offer, subject to separate bonus terms.
- "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction outside the Republic of the Philippines, or any location within the Philippines where a Player is legally prohibited from engaging in online gambling.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing the operations of jlbe Casino.
- "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity verification process required of all jlbe Players before withdrawal processing and as required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering standards.

These Terms apply to all activities on jlbe including, but not limited to: account
registration, identity verification, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay (slots, bingo, live

Age Restriction — 21+
You must be at least 21 years of age to access and use jlbe Casino. This is a mandatory

KYC process and reserves the right to close any account and withhold funds where this

- Register only one account per person. jlbe employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Creation of multiple accounts for any reason — including circumventing a suspension, bonus abuse, or creating accounts for third parties — is strictly prohibited.
- Not register on behalf of another person or permit another person to operate your account.
- Immediately notify jlbe support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jlbe reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion and without
providing a reason, in compliance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine law.
jlbe is legally required by PAGCOR to verify the identity and age of all registered
Players before processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, before unlocking full
platform access. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal capabilities, or
account closure.
KYC verification at jlbe requires Players to submit one or more of the following
government-issued identification documents:
- Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID)
- Passport (Philippine or foreign)
- Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
- Social Security System (SSS) ID
- Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
- Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)
jlbe may additionally require proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or
government correspondence not older than 3 months) and, for large withdrawals, proof
of source of funds in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA)
requirements. All documents are handled in accordance with jlbe's Privacy Policy.
KYC documents submitted to jlbe are processed within 1–3 business days. Players who
have not completed KYC may still play using deposited funds, but withdrawals will be
held until verification is successfully completed. jlbe does not share KYC documents
with third parties except as required by PAGCOR or Philippine law.
jlbe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved Philippine payment
channels including GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking,
and Metrobank Online. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Deposits:
- Minimum deposit amount is ₱50 for GCash and PayMaya; ₱100 for bank transfers.
- Deposits via GCash and PayMaya reflect in the jlbe wallet in real time. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours.
- jlbe does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party transaction fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player's payment provider.
- All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal amounts are set per account tier and communicated within the account dashboard.
- Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification prior to first withdrawal processing.
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 5–15 minutes for standard amounts and may take longer for larger amounts subject to AML review.
- GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 1–3 hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to 24 hours on banking days.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's name. jlbe does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
Anti-Money Laundering
jlbe is subject to the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and reports
suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required.
Players who deposit large amounts without corresponding wagering activity may be
subject to enhanced due diligence, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.
Withdrawal of funds without genuine gaming activity may result in account suspension.
jlbe Casino offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. All bonuses
are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and to the
general bonus policy outlined in this section.
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, and eligible games are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
- Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited.
- One Bonus Per Player: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses, including multi-accounting, collusion, irregular betting patterns designed solely to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other strategy deemed by jlbe to constitute bonus abuse, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
- Wagering Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Virtual sports and sportsbook bets have separate contribution rules. Specific contributions are listed in each promotion's terms.
- jlbe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend any promotional offer at any time without notice.
All games available on the jlbe platform operate under the individual game rules
provided by their respective software providers, which are made available within each
game interface. The following general gameplay rules apply across all game categories:
- All bets placed are final once confirmed by the Player. jlbe cannot reverse confirmed bets except in cases of technical fault attributable to jlbe.
- In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, jlbe's server-side records of the game state at the time of disconnection are definitive. Any dispute regarding the outcome of a game where disconnection occurred will be resolved based on server logs.
- Maximum and minimum bet limits apply per game and per stake level. These are displayed within each game interface.
- Live dealer games are subject to the real-time decisions of the dealer. Where a dealing error occurs and is confirmed by the studio, the affected round will be declared void and all bets returned.
- All slot games at jlbe use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, audited by independent testing agencies. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.
- Jackpot wins are subject to jlbe's verification process before payment. jlbe reserves the right to withhold jackpot payments pending investigation of any suspected technical malfunction or fraud.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlbe platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement:
- Registering or using jlbe if you are under 21 years of age.
- Registering or accessing jlbe from a Prohibited Territory.
- Creating more than one Player account, whether under the same or a different identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
- Using software, bots, scripts, automated systems, or any technical tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate jlbe's systems.
- Collusion with other Players or dealers to influence game outcomes in any way.
- Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of jlbe as a vehicle for financial crime.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions. Winnings resulting from an exploited malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the jlbe platform or its underlying infrastructure.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jlbe staff or other players.
jlbe Casino is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players.
jlbe provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from your
account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
- Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard stops on your gambling session duration.
- Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
- Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your jlbe account with a minimum exclusion period of 6 months. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During self-exclusion, no new account may be created and jlbe will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.

21+ Policy — Strictly Enforced
Access to jlbe Casino is restricted to players aged 21 years and above in accordance
with PAGCOR regulations. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account
immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter will be reported to
PAGCOR as required by law.
jlbe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account
at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following
circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Discovery that the registered Player is under 21 years of age.
- PAGCOR direction or instruction.
- Technical or security concerns that require immediate protective action.
Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, jlbe reserves
the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is
found, the account balance (minus any bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's
registered payment method within 5 business days.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their jlbe account may do so by contacting
support via live chat or email. Voluntary account closures are processed within
24 hours.
All content on the jlbe platform — including but not limited to the jlbe brand name,
logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional
materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of jlbe Casino or its licensed
game providers, protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual
property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to
access and use the jlbe platform solely for personal, non-commercial gameplay purposes
in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. Reproduction, distribution,
modification, or commercial exploitation of any jlbe content without prior written
consent is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlbe Casino, its
officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access where jlbe has not been negligent in maintaining platform security.
- Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or service interruptions beyond jlbe's reasonable control.
- The actions or content of third-party software providers whose games are hosted on the jlbe platform.
- Any gambling losses incurred by the Player. jlbe provides a fair gaming environment but makes no guarantee of any outcome or return on any wager.
- Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the jlbe platform.
Nothing in this section limits jlbe's liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
jlbe Casino operates under the authority and licensing framework of the Philippine
Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
Any dispute arising between a Player and jlbe Casino shall first be submitted to
jlbe's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support via live chat
or email at [email protected]. jlbe aims to resolve all disputes within 14
business days of receiving a formal complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through jlbe's internal process, the matter may
be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Protection Office in accordance with PAGCOR's
dispute resolution procedures. Players also retain all rights available under
applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
For dispute inquiries, contact jlbe support via 24/7 live chat. The support team
aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 2 business hours and resolve them
within 14 business days. Provide your registered mobile number and account ID when
submitting a dispute to expedite review.
jlbe Casino reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time.
Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the
email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the changes take
effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR directive or
applicable law.
Continued use of the jlbe platform after the effective date of any updated Terms
constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated
Terms, you should cease using jlbe and close your account before the effective date.
The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute will apply to that
dispute. jlbe maintains an archived record of all previous versions of these Terms,
which is available upon request from support.
